Application Criteria


To be a part of our growing team, you should:
  • Be having Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Sciences, Computer Sciences or Journalism.
  • Be having at least 2 years experience of working / writing in IT industry.
  • Be having good expertise to write blogs, web article, product descriptions, marketing material and corporate content.
  • Be having a sound knowledge of current SEO practices.
  • Be having a sound knowledge of plagiarism rules.
  • Be an expert in using MS office. (Knowledge of using CMS is a huge plus)

Major Responsibilities


As a part of our content marketing team, you are required to perform the following duties:
  • Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.
  • Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.
  • Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.
  • Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.
  • Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
  • Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
  • Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
  • Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.

Additional Responsibilities


Some additional responsibilities would include:
  • Be ready to build a team in the area of Content Development and Marketing.
  •  Be ready to conduct/ attend team training.
  • Be ready to learn about task/project management software or any management software recommended by the company.
  • Be ready to act as a team lead if required.
  • Be ready to assist and business administrative activities (extremely rare).
